Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed or found to be unsatisfactory and cover all shipping costs. We ask you to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of product.
We cannot be responsible for wine damaged by a shipper or inappropriate storage/handling on the part of the buyer, although we will make a reasonable effort to resolve any disputes of damaged goods that arrive via FedEx. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If it is determined that the original shipment was corked or otherwise flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions.
If you must cancel an order, please give us 48 hours or more notice prior to the scheduled shipping date. 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
