2016 Koyle Royale Cabernet Sauvignon
85% Organic Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Organic Malbec, 3% Organic Petit Verdot
Deep, velvety color, with a balanced aromatic mix of herbs, cherries, and cedar aromas. Vibrant and elegant, shows the natural environment who surrounds our grapes from the Los Lingues vineyards, which announces its terroir with authority
The wine comes from Los Lingues Estate. The soil presents a matrix of rocks in different states of decomposition, mainly as fragmented alterites, which give the balance sought between vigour, productivity and quality. Mineral notes are expressed because of the balanced extraction through the deep roots.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Cola, mint and eucalyptus aromas are attached to a spicy berry tone. The full-bodied palate is saturated yet balanced, while pepper and blackberry flavors come with an herbal undertone. Drink through 2025. Wine Enthusiast
Winemaker Notes
Handpicked grapes from selected lots are brought to the cellar for hand-sorting. In the tank, cold maceration (for aroma and flavor extraction) takes place over 5 days, followed by fermentation for over two weeks at 22 to 24oC. After this, post-fermentation maceration takes order to extract just the most rounded and silky tannins. Finally, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for fourteen months.
Food Pairing Notes
Braised beef short ribs, meatballs, beef tagliata, grilled steak. Recommended 20 minutes decanting before drinking.
