Vineyard Notes
The estate is located in the rich and flourishing countryside in the north of Treviso, and the vineyards are situated on the plains and hillsides near Piave River. Pebbly and permeable soil that allows good drainage.
Production Notes
Following the production regulations, the second fermentation will occur via the Martinotti/Charmat (aka tank) method for a minimum period of 60 days.
